Terms of Use

What this is. Caught Up AI sends AP English Language teachers a daily lesson opener by email. It's currently a free beta.

The content. Every Opener is AI-generated from verified facts, then checked before it goes out. I work hard on accuracy, though you're the teacher: give each edition a quick read before you put it in front of a class, and if something looks off, tell me and I'll fix it.

Using the PDFs. Your Openers are yours to print, copy, and share with your own students. Please don't resell them or republish them as your own.

The beta. While this is a free beta, things may change: features, schedules, even whether the service continues in its current form. I'll tell you before anything big changes. I can't promise uninterrupted delivery (email is email), though a missed morning is something I actively work to prevent.

Your account. You can unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email. I can close accounts that abuse the service.

Liability, plainly. The service is provided as-is during the beta. I'm not liable for classroom outcomes or for losses from a missed or delayed edition.
